In production
We will publish your estimated arrival as soon as your order is scheduled into a container.
We update this timeline every week after our production meeting. Because production is fluid, your position can move forward or back — that is normal and expected. These are projected estimates, not firm dates. As your order gets closer to arrival, we will have concrete delivery dates for you.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Delivery Guide
Please review carefully before your shipment arrives. Preparation prevents delays, additional fees, and denied insurance claims.
Delivery Coordination
We will contact you by email prior to shipment to arrange your delivery date and time. You (or your authorized representative) must be on site at the time of delivery with the means to offload the freight.
Additional fees will apply if you are not present, not prepared to offload, or cause carrier delays. Private carriers bill these charges back to us and they are passed through to you.
Offloading Your Freight
Your units are large, heavy, and semi-assembled in crates. Drivers do not unload freight. Offloading is your responsibility.
You have four options to offload — plan ahead:
1. Forklift (Recommended)
Rent a forklift for your scheduled delivery day. This is the fastest, safest, and most reliable option. Most rental yards have same-day rentals for around $200-400.
2. Piece-by-piece manual unload (carrier-dependent)
Some carriers permit the crate to be opened and pieces removed by hand. Not always available — confirm with us before assuming this is an option.
3. Ship to a local freight terminal
We can route your shipment to a nearby carrier terminal. You bring a trailer, and the terminal loads your crate for you.
4. 8–10 person manual lift
Only if you can gather 8-10 able-bodied helpers on site at the delivery time. This works but requires significant coordination.
Our carriers are national private freight lines. They do not carry lift gates, forklifts, or offloading equipment. Drivers are not permitted to assist with unloading. This applies to all orders — units of this size ship semi-assembled and crated.
Mandatory Inspection at Delivery
All units must be fully inspected at the time of delivery, before the driver leaves and before signing the delivery receipt.
Inspect every piece before the driver leaves
Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt in detail
Photograph any damage immediately
Contact us right away — we'll guide you through the carrier claim process
By signing without noting damage, you accept the freight in good condition and forfeit the ability to file an insurance claim. We say this to protect you — transit damage is rare, but coverage requires documentation at delivery. Please be present, inspect carefully, and never sign for freight you have not examined.
Transfer of Ownership & Risk
Once your shipment leaves our dock, ownership and responsibility transfer to you. In the event of transit damage, claims must be filed promptly per the carrier's and insurer's policies. We will assist you through the claim process with our full support.
